Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handling Certification
- Ability to work full-time hours
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Basic math skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Physical capability to lift and carry items as required

Job Qualifications
- Background in customer service is advantageous
- Experience in handling cash is beneficial
- Barista experience is not required
- Strong math skills and accurate counting abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient English reading, communication skills, and ability to follow recipes
- Food Handling Certification is mandatory
- Adherence to dress code requirements
- Ability to meet physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for long periods
- Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment as needed
Job Duties
- Operate a register/POS system to manage transactions, ensuring accuracy in handling cash and credit card payments
- Greet and assist customers, anticipating their needs to create a satisfactory interaction
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks in accordance with brand standards
- Prepare and serve food items following establishment guidelines
- Balance and manage the cash drawer, document transaction details on the cashier's slip, and execute deposit procedures
- Adhere to policies and procedures regarding cash management at Aramark
- Set up and break down coffee bar, workstations, or retail space maintaining cleanliness and organized arrangement
- Consistently disinfect and clean tools and surfaces to maintain a sanitary work environment
- Stock beverage coolers, ready-to-eat items, serving utensils, and sauces
- Follow food and drink handling protocols to ensure sanitation and avoid hazards
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
