Job Requirements
- A valid Food Handling Certification
- physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
- good communication skills in English
- basic math skills
- ability to work independently
- adherence to dress code
- willingness to follow health and safety protocols including PPE use
Job Qualifications
- Background in customer service
- experience handling cash
- basic barista experience preferred but not required
- strong math skills and accuracy in calculations
- ability to work independently with limited supervision
- proficient English reading and communication skills
- ability to follow detailed recipes
- valid Food Handling Certification
- compliance with dress code
- physical capability to perform job tasks including lifting and standing
- willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Job Duties
- Operate a register/POS system to manage transactions
- welcome and assist customers by anticipating their needs
- prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards
- prepare and serve food items following establishment guidelines
- balance and manage cash drawer and document transaction details
- adhere to cash management policies
- set up and dismantle coffee bar and retail space maintaining cleanliness and organization
- clean and disinfect tools and surfaces to ensure sanitation
- restock beverage coolers, food items, serving utensils, and sauces
- follow food and drink handling protocols to maintain safety
- perform other duties as assigned by managers
