Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handling Certification
- Ability to work full-time
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Basic math skills
- Strong communication skills
- Physically able to perform job duties including lifting and standing
- Willingness to comply with dress code and safety standards
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Background in customer service is advantageous
- Experience handling cash is beneficial
- Barista experience preferred but not required
- Strong math skills and accurate counting ability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient reading and communication skills in English
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Food Handling Certification required
- Must adhere to dress code requirements
- Physical capability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and extended standing
- Familiarity with using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Job Duties
- Operate register/POS system to process transactions ensuring cash and credit accuracy
- Greet and assist customers predicting their needs to provide excellent service
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand guidelines
- Prepare and serve food items following establishment standards
- Balance cash drawer, record transactions, and complete deposit procedures
- Follow cash management policies and procedures at Aramark
- Set up and take down coffee bar, workstations or retail space maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Maintain sanitary work environment by cleaning and disinfecting tools and surfaces
- Stock beverage coolers, ready-to-eat items, utensils and sauces
- Adhere to food and drink handling protocols to ensure sanitation and safety
- Perform other assigned duties as directed by managers
