Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of beverage leadership in multi-unit operations
- Proven knowledge of tequila and mezcal
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable with travel and on-site visits
- Proficiency with POS and inventory management systems preferred
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive beverage leadership experience
- Multi-unit program management experience
- Deep expertise in tequila and mezcal
- Strong financial and vendor negotiation skills
- Experience with Toast POS and CTUIT preferred
- Willingness to travel regularly
Job Duties
- Own beverage COGS, forecasting, and pricing strategy
- Monitor CTUIT reporting and standardize inventory systems
- Develop seasonal cocktail programs and maintain recipe consistency
- Negotiate supplier agreements and build agave partnerships
- Lead and mentor Bar Managers across all locations
- Oversee beverage execution for new store openings
- Support brand presence within the agave and cocktail community
