We are currently seeking a full-time Beverage Curator to join our vibrant team. This position provides an exciting, fast-paced, and social work setting for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. The Beverage Curator will be responsible for preparing specialty coffee and tea drinks, assisting in food preparation, operating point-of-sale systems, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. As a Beverage Curator, you will skillfully operate the register and POS system, ensuring transactional accuracy and adhering to cash handling policies. Your role is essential in creating excellent customer interactions by anticipating and fulfilling their needs with friendly, efficient service. You will follow brand guidelines to deliver high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages, and prepare food items to the establishment's standards. Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and proper organization in all work areas, including daily sanitization and setup or breakdown duties, is required. Your attention to detail extends to managing inventory and ensuring drink refrigerators and various service items are always stocked and available. Compliance with health and safety protocols is paramount to preserve the well-being of customers and staff alike.

This role calls for a candidate who can work independently and reliably, with proficiency in English communication and basic math skills to handle transactions and recipes. Although prior barista experience is not mandatory, customer service and cash handling experience are favorable. The candidate must possess or be willing to obtain food handling certification and adhere to the designated dress code. Physical endurance for lifting, bending, standing, and walking is required, as well as the readiness to wear personal protective equipment as needed.
