Job Requirements
- Food Handling Certification compliance
- Ability to use register/POS system accurately
- English language proficiency
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work independently
- Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, walk and stand for extended periods
- Adherence to dress code and PPE requirements
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service is beneficial
- Experience handling cash is advantageous
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to perform tasks independently with little supervision
- Proficiency in reading comprehension and English
- Ability to understand and follow recipes
- Food handling certification compliance
- Physical capability for lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing
- Ability to follow dress code and PPE requirements
Job Duties
- Effectively navigate a register/POS system to conduct transactions involving cash and credit cards in a precise manner
- Extend greetings and aid to customers, predicting their needs to ensure a satisfactory experience
- Implement the brand's protocols when crafting and delivering coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Comply with the regulations of the establishment in the handling and serving of dishes to meet their criteria
- Manage the cash register's contents, record transactions on the cashier's slip, and conduct deposit transactions
- Abide by Aramark's standards and methods for processing cash
- Install and dismantle coffee bar, workstations, or retail space in a way that promotes cleanliness and structured arrangement
- Maintain cleanliness in the workplace by regularly sanitizing equipment and keeping the area orderly
- Maintain inventory of drink chillers, quick-grab snacks, serving tools, and flavor enhancers
- Comply with health and safety measures when preparing food and beverages to prevent contamination and promote cleanliness
- Undertake miscellaneous assignments as directed by managers
