We are currently seeking energetic, full-time and part-time Cocktail Servers to join our team at Southland Casino. As a Cocktail Server, you will play a critical role in enhancing the guest experience by providing attentive and courteous service to guests as they enjoy their time on the gaming floor and in beverage outlets. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer satisfaction and have knowledge of wines, beers, and cocktails. As this is a tipped position, your earnings will include hourly pay plus tips. The starting hourly wage is $10.00, excluding potential tip income.

The Cocktail Server will greet guests, communicate available drink specials, and answer guest questions about beverages. You are expected to serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, comply with all alcohol service policies, and verify identification. Entering orders accurately into the point-of-sale system and timely delivery of drinks to guests are essential parts of the role. You will also prepare and present checks to guests, ensuring their satisfaction at every interaction. This position requires working in a fast-paced environment that demands efficiency, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.

Physical stamina is important, as the role involves constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and carrying trays weighing up to 35 lbs. The work schedule includes evenings, overnight shifts, holidays, and weekends, so flexibility and reliability are key. The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience working in a high-volume bar, basic knowledge of drink recipes and alcohol brands, and must be at least 21 years old.
