Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent desired
minimum 1 year work experience in barista, cashier, server or other front of house restaurant or retail role preferred
ability to maintain cash register accuracy
prior beverage or cashier experience preferred
excellent interpersonal skills
ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to communicate effectively in English
ability to follow directions and standard operating procedures
ability to lift up to 25 pounds
capability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
willingness to work in temperature variations between below 32 and above 90 degrees Fahrenheit
ability to perform physical motions including bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent desired
prior restaurant or fast-casual beverage, cashier, or front of house experience preferred
great interpersonal skills with passion for guest service
knowledge of food safety standards
ability to maintain 100 percent accuracy on cash register
strong work ethic and ability to work in fast-paced environment
