- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of drink mixing and bar equipment operation
- adherence to legal requirements for serving alcohol
- excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Excellent people and communication skills

- willingness to learn and perform
- 1-2 years restaurant experience a plus
Job Duties
- Fill drink orders for guests
- answer questions about drink ingredients and make suggestions for different types of beverages and cocktails
- work with knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- operate all bar equipment properly
- maintain beverage quality and service standards contributing to positive guest experience
- monitor alcohol intake of guests and ensure alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under 21
