Job Description

Camaraderie Clubs is a fresh and dynamic management company founded by the Co-Founder and former CEO of Travis Mathew, aiming to redefine the landscape of Country Club Membership for a new generation of club members. The company owns and operates two premier club properties: Spanish Hills Club and The Huntington Club, both known for their exceptional services and beautiful venues. As a growing company dedicated to elevating the member experience, Camaraderie Clubs emphasizes a highly collaborative team environment. Their business philosophy centers on a continuous process culture, characterized by a cycle of Plan, Communicate, Track, Evaluate & Adjust, ensuring that all decisions contribute to the success of the team and the satisfaction of club members and guests. This progressive approach fosters a professional yet friendly atmosphere where employees can thrive and make meaningful contributions.

Spanish Hills Club is currently seeking a Beverage Cart Attendant to join their team. This role is vital in delivering outstanding beverage service to club members and guests directly on the golf course. The Beverage Cart Attendant serves as a personable and attentive representative of the club, engaging warmly with members and ensuring their refreshment needs are met seamlessly during their golf experience. The position requires driving a beverage cart safely around the course while adhering to golf etiquette and operating with a sense of responsibility and awareness. Responsibilities include delivering a variety of beverages such as beer, wine, and mixed drinks, alongside maintaining stock levels and the cleanliness of the cart. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accurate charges are applied for all beverage sales, and any mechanical issues with the carts are promptly reported to the management. The club values staff who exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, are capable of multitasking, and can work effectively under pressure to provide impeccable service.

As a part-time role, the Beverage Cart Attendant position offers a competitive hourly rate of $16.90 plus tips, highlighting not just the opportunity to earn but also the chance to grow within an evolving company culture. Employees benefit from a comprehensive package including CA paid sick leave, a 401k retirement plan, and various employee programs such as assistance resources, recognition, referral bonuses, and exclusive discounts on club amenities like golf and tennis privileges. The flexibility in work schedule requires availability throughout the week, particularly ensuring presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, which are core operational days. Physically, the job demands the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and pushing or pulling cart equipment. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, providing direct customer service, and being part of a collaborative team in a prestigious club environment. Joining Camaraderie Clubs as a Beverage Cart Attendant means becoming part of a forward-thinking company dedicated to delivering outstanding service while supporting employee growth and engagement.
