Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years full service bartending experience preferred
- Must be TIPS certified
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on customer service
- Basic math skills
- Ability to pour mixed drinks and draft beer
- Must be at least 18 years old to ring alcoholic sales on a register
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience

- Extensive knowledge of sophisticated mixed drink recipes
- Familiarity with restaurant point of sales computer systems
- TIPS certification
- Good communication and social skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on customer service
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to pour mixed drinks and draft beer
- Must be 18 years or older to ring alcoholic sales on a register
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Check patrons' identification to ensure minimum age requirements and follow safe drinking guidelines
- Prepare needed set-up for the bar
- Maintain an accurate inventory of beer, bottled liquor, wine, cups, mixers, sodas, and general bar supplies
- Handle cash sales and cash accurately
- Close out every check once it has been paid
- Assist in the set-up and break-down of bar equipment
- Serve and/or sell alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a cheerful demeanor while on duty
- Inventory all stand sheet items before and after events and initial bar paperwork
- Calculate cash at the end of shift and return bank to cash room
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
- Execute any other tasks assigned by management
