This role is key in supporting beverage and gaming service operations by maintaining inventory and cleanliness standards, handling beverage stock such as beer and liquor, and ensuring service areas are well organized and fully stocked. Job Requirements

- Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work at a very fast pace and walk long distances
- Must have good oral communication skills, ability to understand and follow directions
- Must be able to tolerate a high stimulus environment

Job Duties
- Responsible for fostering a fun environment
- Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
- Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events
- Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program
- Provide fast, friendly, professional service to gaming guests, beverage servers and bartenders
- Maintain par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar obtaining replacement stock from alcohol storage areas in accordance with procedure
- Keep all service wells stocked with set pars of paper goods and alcohol
- Stock the weekly beer and liquor order in its proper location
- Clean and stocks the guest self-serves as needed throughout the shift
- Clean and stocks the Employee Dining Room/Backstage Cafe
- Responsible for keg change and removal and proper storage
- Cleaning and organization of service wells, beer cooler and storage areas
- Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations
- Will work special events, as needed
- Other duties, as needed
