Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
- Must enjoy hosting others
- Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with guests
- Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by supervisor, manager or team member
- Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission
- Must be able to work as a team
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must be able to tolerate a high stimulus environment
- Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work at a very fast pace and walk long distances
- Good oral communication skills, ability to understand and follow directions

Job Duties
- Foster a fun environment
- Be a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
- Promote positive community influence and participate in company-sponsored events
- Ensure interactions follow ACES Service Program guidelines
- Provide fast, friendly, professional service to gaming guests, beverage servers, and bartenders
- Maintain par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar
- Stock service wells with paper goods and alcohol
- Stock weekly beer and liquor orders properly
- Clean and stock guest self-serves and Employee Dining Room/Backstage Café
- Perform keg change, removal, and proper storage
- Clean and organize service wells, beer cooler, and storage areas
- Work special events as needed
- Comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations
- Other duties as needed
