Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- previous experience preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical capability to carry heavy supplies
- attention to detail
- basic math skills
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a barback or similar role preferred
- knowledge of beverage products and bar equipment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- team-player attitude
- basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- assist bartender in maintaining bars and drink stations
- provide exceptional service to guests
- maintain bars in a clean, orderly and well stocked manner
- ensure guests have a positive gaming experience by actively interacting with guests
- clean and sanitize all equipment
- keep all floors free of debris and spills
- maintain par stock levels in all assigned bars
- help clean and sanitize all bartender and guest areas
- retrieve supplies from the beverage storage areas
- maintain proper stock rotation
