Job Requirements

Prolonged periods of standing and working in the bar areas
capacity to lift and pull up to 50lbs regularly and occasionally handle 50lbs or more

Job Qualifications

Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure
previous experience in a similar role is preferred
exhibit a cooperative friendly nature with a well-groomed appearance
ability to understand Material Safety Data Sheets relevant to the position
must be able to obtain a RAMP certification
possess strong teamwork skills and flexibility to work various shifts including holidays
obtain and maintain all necessary state licensing for the role

Job Duties

Keep the liquor manifold well-stocked throughout the shift and distribute beer and liquor orders to the appropriate locations
set up and monitor supplies during shifts including restocking various beverages and essentials
ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the pop and liquor rooms including regular sweeping and mopping
keep bar and storage areas free of clutter debris and trash at all times
maintain ice levels and ensure continual restocking of beer throughout the shift
monitor chemical levels in dish machines and replace as necessary for effective cleaning
manage garbage disposal areas ensuring regular emptying and thorough cleaning of garbage cans
maintain focus on safety and accident prevention promptly reporting any incidents to the supervisor and completing necessary documentation
maintain a clean work area and ensure effective communication between shifts
