Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- Must be able to perform simple mathematical operations
- Must be able to manage cash transactions accurately and securely
- Must possess or obtain Food Handler’s Card
- Must possess or obtain California Responsible Beverage Service Certification
- May be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license
- No driving responsibilities required

Job Duties
- Learn and understand the fundamentals of the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Process transactions accurately, ensuring all guests pay for their food and beverages and receive correct change
- Maneuver the beverage cart throughout assigned Casino floors and outdoor Pool Deck
- Provide excellent, welcoming, and responsive service to guests
- Select requested items, assemble them on trays, and provide food and beverages to guests
- Set up and stock the beverage cart/bar according to par levels and monitor inventory
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and preparedness of the workspace and beverage cart
- Maintain knowledge about beers, wine, and food items offered including prices
- Notify supervisor of any problems including guests under the influence or underage
- Perform other duties to support efficient operation of the department
