Job Requirements
- 5+ years of health and safety or DOT compliance experience in transportation or manufacturing preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT/FMCSA, and environmental regulations
- Proven experience in safety audits, training, and incident investigations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance software such as TenStreet
- Ability to travel regularly between retail and retread facilities
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Develop, implement, and promote safety programs across all locations
- Conduct facility and fleet safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Lead accident and incident investigations, including root cause analysis
- Train and engage employees in OSHA, DOT, and Hazmat safety requirements
- Maintain driver qualification files, permits, and fleet compliance records
- Monitor and enforce DOT/FMCSA regulations, including Hours of Service
- Partner with management to identify risks, track safety performance, and drive continuous improvement
