Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
ability to lift 25-30 lbs
ability to work well under pressure
able to stand and remain active for a 9-hour shift
ability to speak, read, and write English
able to work well in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
strong communication skills
ability to provide excellent customer hospitality
ability to assist co-workers and work within a team
knowledge of responsible alcohol service preferred
basic math skills and cash handling experience preferred

Job Duties

Set-up and break-down of the dining room and service stations
clearing and resetting tables
performing side work assignments
maintaining cleanliness of tables, floor, chairs, and service stations
assisting other employees as needed
pre-busing tables
courteously greeting customers and informing them of food promotions and specials
answering questions and making suggestions regarding food and beverages
visually inspecting all food products to ensure garnishes are appropriate and appealing
removing dirty dishes between courses and at the end of the meal
reporting all food and service complaints to the manager
stocking silverware, small containers, food products/garnishes, condiments, and various items
