Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • some heavy lifting (25-30lbs)

Job Duties

  • Set-up and break-down of the dining room and service stations
  • clearing and resetting tables
  • a series of side work assignments
  • general cleaning of the work area
  • constantly keeping areas clean, neat and organized
  • assist other employees as needed
  • pre-bus tables
  • courteously greet customers and inform of current food promotions and specials
  • answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverages
  • visually inspect all products to ensure garnishes are added appropriately and food is eye-appealing
  • remove dirty dishes between courses and at end of meal
  • report food and service complaints to manager
  • stock silverware, small containers, food products/garnishes, condiments, and various items
