The Server position at Bertucci's plays a crucial role in maintaining the exceptional service standards that the restaurant is known for. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and a memorable dining experience to guests. This includes responding swiftly to guest needs, answering questions about menu items and specials, and following up to ensure complete satisfaction. From taking and transmitting orders to the kitchen, to ensuring all served items meet the high-quality standards, the Server is the eyes and ears of the restaurant’s service philosophy. The role demands a friendly, efficient, and accurate approach, particularly when handling payments and closing out guest tabs.

Working as a Server at Bertucci's means engaging in various activities that range from setting up and breaking down dining areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization at tables and service stations, to pre-busing tables and assisting fellow team members whenever necessary. The Server ensures that all food garnishes and presentations are visually appealing to guests, while also managing the timely removal of dirty dishes to keep the flow of service smooth.
