Job Duties
- Stack clean dishes on racks using clean water and detergent
- deliver clean dishes to designated areas as time permits
- rinse bus buckets
- clean and dry pots, pans, utensils, and dough boxes
- remove trash and perform general work area cleaning
- receive, unload, and rotate products from vendors
- assist cooks with prep as needed
- prepare dishwashing machine by inspecting for cracks or broken equipment
- identify and discard broken or cracked dishes
- monitor dishwashing machine for correct operation and report malfunctions
- clean dishwasher and surrounding area throughout the day and at closing
