Job Requirements

  • Three to five years of culinary management experience
  • Experience with cost control and inventory management
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to lead a team effectively
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to adapt to healthcare environment requirements

Job Duties

  • Manages cost controls and controls expenditures for the account
  • Plans and creates all menus
  • Purchases and manages inventory
  • Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team
  • Oversees all safety and sanitation pertaining to the account
  • Leads and mentors culinary team associates
  • Ensures compliance with healthcare food service regulations
