Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform physical activity as required
- Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance as per company grooming standards
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compliance with OSHA safety requirements including the use of personal protective equipment
- Must be able to multitask and handle guest complaints professionally
Job Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with management

- Ability to work well under deadline pressure
- Adaptable experience with travel industry reservation systems and hotel property management systems
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of database system development preferred
Job Duties
- Report to work on time and in uniform, properly groomed with appropriate name tag
- Immediately respond to all arriving and departing guests by opening door and assisting with luggage and parcels
- Make room deliveries requested by other departments or guests
- Keep lobby neat and presentable
- Show rooms and hotel facilities to guests and potential guests as requested by management
- Check bags for guests who wish to store them
- Monitor lobby for non-hotel guests and report to management for handling
- Explain hotel facilities while showing people to their rooms
- Responsible for keeping necessary supplies on hand by informing the Front Office Manager/supervisor of Bell Staff needs
- Inform Front Office Manager/Supervisor of any room requiring attention from Housekeeping or Maintenance
- Encourage guests to visit local attractions and take tours, be familiar with hours of operations
- Arrange activities for guests, such as tours and transportation
- Report any security breaches or security concerns to management
- Use time clock to punch in and out as required
- Resolve guest problems and complaints and report outcome to management
- Assist front desk in answering telephone calls and directing the calls to the appropriate source
- Perform other related duties as requested by management
- Attend necessary meetings
