Currently, Delaware North serves as the exclusive food and beverage provider at the iconic Little Caesars Arena, located in Detroit, Michigan. Job Requirements

- Basic math skills

- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach
- Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders
- Exposure to variable temperatures

Job Duties
- Follow supervisor's assignments for food production and prepare food and beverage products by following recipe guidelines, use proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines
- Set up, operate and clean kitchen equipment according to correct procedures, keep workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
- Work cooperatively with team members and management
- Follow supervisor's assignments for opening and closing procedures
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Handle multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment
