Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in guest service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to safely drive and park guest vehicles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy luggage
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Customer service oriented
- Dependable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in guest service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to operate property-designated vehicles safely
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry luggage
- Adaptability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated teamwork and ownership qualities
Job Duties
- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
- Retrieve and transport guest luggage
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles following appropriate valet policies and procedures
- Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and their features
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Organize and store luggage according to guidelines
- Ensure that management and leadership team is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments
