Currently, Hilton is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Bellperson/Valet Attendants. The Bellperson/Valet Attendant plays a crucial part in ensuring guests have a seamless and welcoming arrival and departure experience. This position involves assisting guests with their luggage, parking and retrieving vehicles in accordance with hotel procedures, and offering assistance with reservations for restaurants or local activities. The Bellperson/Valet Attendant role demands a high standard of professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness to guest needs. Responsibilities include greeting and escorting guests, safely managing guest luggage, parking and retrieving vehicles, and maintaining constant communication with hotel management to ensure guest feedback is addressed promptly. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in guest service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to safely drive and park guest vehicles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift heavy luggage
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Customer service oriented
  • Dependable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in guest service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to operate property-designated vehicles safely
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage

Job Duties

  • Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
  • Retrieve and transport guest luggage
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles following appropriate valet policies and procedures
  • Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and their features
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Organize and store luggage according to guidelines
  • Ensure that management and leadership team is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments
