Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older due to insurance requirements for valet driving duties
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for vehicle operation
- Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods
- Must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull luggage
- Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing stairs
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to safely operate vehicles and navigate large resort property
Job Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, valet, or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong guest-first attitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Must have open availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm upon arrival and departure
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while maintaining secure key control
- Escort guests to rooms and explain resort amenities, services, and local attractions
- Provide directions, valet coordination, taxi service, and other guest assistance as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bell carts, valet area, lobby, and entrances
- Deliver packages, amenities, messages, or other guest items promptly and courteously
- Support front desk, valet, and concierge teams during busy periods
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
