Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred
  • Valid driver's license for valet position
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work assigned shifts including nights and weekends
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting luggage
  • Valid driver's license for valet drivers
  • Knowledge of local area and driving routes beneficial
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist guests with luggage handling and vehicle parking
  • Provide courteous and prompt valet services
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area and bell desk
  • Communicate effectively with guests and other hotel departments
  • Ensure safety and security of guest belongings and vehicles
  • Assist with general maintenance and upkeep tasks as needed
  • Support front desk operations during busy periods
