- Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
- Ability to multi-task and provide solutions to situations
- Proficiency in Google platform, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Basic accounting skills
- Ability to comprehend complex equipment instructions
Job Duties
- Maintain complete knowledge of daily arrivals, departures, and house count
- Maintain awareness of features and services of the property
- Know hours of operation for each outlet
- Understand parking facilities, layout and procedures
- Stay informed about scheduled daily group activities and resort functions
- Demonstrate guest driven service style with friendly urgency
- Greet and welcome all guests enthusiastically and professionally
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, pre-arrival inspections, and general errands
- Help guests with room orientation, luggage assistance, owner storage bins, and educate about property amenities
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of Trailhead amenities, pool area, patio, and towels
- Complete opening and closing checklists
- Work varied schedules including evenings, mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Manage workflow effectively and in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of all company vehicles including golf carts
- Assist guests with parking vehicles
- Complete guest errands like grocery shopping or deliveries
- Maintain guest privacy
- Handle multiple tasks effectively
- Incorporate safe work practices
- Maintain professional standards in appearance, interaction, and communication
- Maintain positive attitude and flexibility for varying tasks
