Job Duties

  • Maintain complete knowledge of daily arrivals, departures, and house count
  • Maintain awareness of features and services of the property
  • Know hours of operation for each outlet
  • Understand parking facilities, layout and procedures
  • Stay informed about scheduled daily group activities and resort functions
  • Demonstrate guest driven service style with friendly urgency
  • Greet and welcome all guests enthusiastically and professionally
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, pre-arrival inspections, and general errands
  • Help guests with room orientation, luggage assistance, owner storage bins, and educate about property amenities
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of Trailhead amenities, pool area, patio, and towels
  • Complete opening and closing checklists
  • Work varied schedules including evenings, mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Manage workflow effectively and in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness of all company vehicles including golf carts
  • Assist guests with parking vehicles
  • Complete guest errands like grocery shopping or deliveries
  • Maintain guest privacy
  • Handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Incorporate safe work practices
  • Maintain professional standards in appearance, interaction, and communication
  • Maintain positive attitude and flexibility for varying tasks
