We are currently seeking a friendly and dedicated Bellperson to join our staff and play an integral role in enhancing the experience of every guest who walks through our doors. This position is crafted for someone passionate about making a positive impact, ensuring that guests not only feel comfortable but also valued throughout their stay. As a Bellperson, you will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks including luggage services, valet operations, concierge duties, and assisting with restaurant and tour reservations as well as providing detailed hotel and city information.

The Bellperson serves as the first and last point of contact for guests, playing a crucial role in setting the tone for their entire visit. Beyond assisting with luggage and transportation, the role requires a keen sense of hospitality, strong communication skills to effectively handle guest inquiries and concerns, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Demonstrating correct procedures when greeting guests, facilitating check-ins and check-outs, managing taxi requests, and directing traffic flow at the hotel entrance are vital responsibilities.

In addition to physical tasks related to handling guest vehicles and luggage, the Bellperson is entrusted with maintaining the security and cleanliness of service areas, delivering messages and packages promptly, and closely monitoring guests' belongings to ensure their safety. This role demands reliability, attentiveness, and a genuine desire to contribute to a memorable guest experience.

Ideal candidates will possess previous experience in bell services, customer service, or within the hospitality industry and must hold a valid California driver’s license.
