Job Requirements
- Outgoing personality and friendly demeanor
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 25 years old to meet insurance requirements
- Willingness to work in any department to serve guests
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and employees
- Familiarity with local area attractions
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Job Qualifications
- Valid California Driver License
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Excellent driving record as per DMV Motor Vehicle Report
- Familiarity with local area and attractions
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Strong communication skills with guests and employees
- Previous experience in upscale hotel preferred
Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to rooms
- Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property
- Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles including loading/unloading luggage
- Valet guest vehicles
- Assist with room service
- Identify and explain room features to guests
- Transport guest luggage to and from the hotel lobby
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
- Supply guests with directions
- Perform other duties as assigned by front desk and management
