Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Hotel experience desired
- Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, walk, talk and hear
- Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written effectively with guests, vendors and co-workers
- Must read, write and speak the English language fluently
- Knowledge of Spanish helpful
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Excel

Job Duties
- Carry luggage to guest rooms
- Handling of baggage for tour groups
- Be a welcome ambassador for all who enter the hotel lobby
- Knowledgeable of all hotel amenities to communicate with hotel guests
- Assist in maintaining the concierge's desk in absence of bell captain or concierge
- Always maintain Leading Hotels of the World and Forbes Travel Standards
- Man doorman's position in his absence
- Check out and assist guest with luggage
- Store luggage into the bell closet for late departure guests
- Assist with any other requirements by guests of the hotel
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned
- The employee is expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description
