Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and instructions
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using units of American money and measurements
  • Must provide highest customer service to all guests
  • Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, taste, or smell
  • Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Must have a valid driver’s license held for at least one year
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Ability to work extended hours including standing at least 8 hours a day
  • Physical stamina to run up to 200 yards multiple times a day
  • Ability to enter and exit customer vehicles 75 or more times daily
  • Ability to handle wheelchairs, strollers, baggage, and gifts into and out of vehicles
  • Ability to work standing for long periods
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions effectively
  • Comply with all company safety and security policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Ability to interact with guests using the Hospitality Standards
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Valid driver’s license held for at least one year

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests upon arrival
  • Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
  • Assist arriving and departing guests with luggage to and from rooms promptly
  • Assist guests in and out of transportation
  • Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys
  • Promote all hotel functions and facilities
  • Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on property
  • Assist departing guests to their transportation
