Bellevue State Park, located in suburban Wilmington, Delaware, is a historic and scenic public park that was once the private estate of William Dupont Jr. The park has evolved from its origins as a duPont family horse estate to a versatile recreational area that welcomes visitors to enjoy its beautiful landscapes, walking trails, and unique amenities. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- valid driver’s license not suspended, revoked, cancelled, or disqualified
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- satisfactory criminal background check
- ability to work both indoors and outdoors
- good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience in interpreting rules, regulations, policies and procedures
- six months experience in office operations and functions
- six months experience in cash handling or writing receipts
- six months experience using Microsoft Office Programs including Outlook, Excel, and Publisher
- possession of a valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and park information to visitors
- demonstrate responsibility, dependability, and good communication skills
- set-up, monitor, and clean-up support for park programs and special events
- maintain a positive attitude
- work independently
- interpret rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- handle cash and receipts
- use Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Publisher
