The role we are currently hiring for is a Housekeeping Team Member, a position fundamental to maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our community spaces for our senior residents. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for cleanliness and a love for working with seniors. As part of this team, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere for residents, enhancing their quality of life through detailed attention to cleanliness and order. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to upholding company values of integrity and compassion
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with seniors preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect resident privacy
- Willingness to participate in training programs
Job Duties
- Clean community areas and residents rooms to high standards
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures consistently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient housekeeping operations
- Report maintenance issues and resident concerns to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Provide friendly and respectful interaction with residents and their families
