Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must have at least two years driving experience with a clean driving record
- must be able to operate two- and four-wheeled luggage carts and standard office equipment
- must be able to lift luggage up to 70 lbs
- capable of prolonged standing, walking and climbing stairs
- intermittent exposure to outside elements
- must be able to drive vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions
- able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- responsible, dependable and punctual
- tactful, courteous and discreet
- strong communication skills including ability to speak and understand English
- clean and professional appearance
- enthusiasm for all things 21c
- must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
- must pass a background check
- must be 18 years of age or older
- comfortable with various vehicle types and willing to train to achieve proficiency with manual transmissions within 90 days

Job Duties
- Clean lobby areas and entrances and maintain free of debris
- assist other employees and departments to contribute to the overall performance of the department and hotel
- greet and assist arriving guests with unloading and transporting luggage to their room either personally or using luggage carts
- offer valet parking service and provide claim tickets to guests
- assist departing guests with transporting luggage from room to lobby and loading into vehicles
- promptly respond to guest needs by delivering laundry, newspapers, items such as iron and ironing board, and additional linens
- respond to inquiries and promote hotel services by explaining products and providing updated hotel information
- keep abreast of local activities and establishments to answer questions, recommend and give directions
- maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor with guests, teammates, and passersby
- perform other duties as assigned or requested by management
