Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to stand and walk constantly for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry guest luggage weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull bell carts weighing up to 100 pounds
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work early morning, overnight, weekends, and holidays
- Must be courteous and professional
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions

Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the hotel and expedite the handling of luggage
- Pick up and deliver dry-cleaning for the guests
- Provide information on local attractions, room features, hotel facilities
- Deliver messages and/or packages to meetings and guest rooms
- Attend required meetings
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Be extremely courteous to all customers and fellow employees
- Report unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately
- Maintain hotel equipment in proper working conditions
- Assist valet staff with a clean driving record
- Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
