Job Requirements

Must be able to drive vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions
Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Responsible, dependable, punctual
Tactful, courteous, discreet
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
Must pass a background check
Must be 18 years of age or older
Comfortable in various vehicle types and willing to train on manual transmissions
Must be able to lift luggage up to 70 lbs
Capable of prolonged standing, walking, and climbing stairs

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Must have at least two years driving experience with a clean driving record
Strong communication skills and able to speak and understand English
Clean and professional appearance
Demonstrates enthusiasm for art and 21c Museum Hotels
Ability to safely operate vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions

Job Duties

Clean lobby areas and entrances and maintain free of debris
Assist other employees and departments to contribute to overall performance
Greet and assist arriving guests with unloading and transporting luggage
Offer valet parking and manage claim tickets
Assist departing guests with luggage and vehicle retrieval
Respond promptly to guest needs by delivering amenities such as laundry and newspapers
Promote hotel services and provide up-to-date hotel information
Stay informed about local activities and establishments to assist guests
Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor
Perform other duties as assigned or requested by management
