Job Requirements
- Valid state driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Flexibility with work days and hours including AM, PM, swing, and weekend shifts
- Previous experience in guest services or similar role
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Enthusiastically open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
- Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities
- Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
- Assist all guests arriving by car, taxi or limousine by opening the car door and helping to unload luggage with extreme care
- Maintain post outside front doors at all times
- Assist all guests in obtaining a taxi or limousine and, if necessary, assist with loading of luggage
- Keep area swept and clear of litter at all times
- Check and uncheck luggage for guests when needed
- Provide directions, maps and other information as requested about the immediate and surrounding areas
- Maintain a clear roadway directly in front of the hotel entrance
- Direct delivery packages coming into the hotel to the appropriate entrance
- Keep an umbrella available at all times to assist guests in and out of cars during inclement weather, including escorting guests to their parked vehicles
- Take initiative to go beyond the ordinary to resolve guest complaints and create loyalty
- Share personal local experiences and provide recommendations, brochures, maps, and collateral on guest activities, attractions, and places of interest
