Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in hotel, customer service, transportation, or front office
- Positive, friendly and out-going personality
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Command of the English language
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug test
- Ability to obtain gaming license when required

Job Duties
- Responsible for all Bell Service activities such as luggage service upon guests’ check-in and check-out, luggage storage, message service, information service and other related tasks
- Utilize bell carts effectively and with caution, taking care of guest luggage and packages
- Ensure the front desk and immediate areas are staffed/covered to accommodate guests
- Extend assistance to guests and patrons alike, supervising, checking and recording storage of guest luggage in the storeroom on daily basis, ensuring hotel guidelines
- Assist guests by opening doors, greeting courteously, and promptly attending to guest requests
- Offer to help guests on guest transportation or other bookings
- direct them to appropriate floor areas
- Develop a good understanding of layout and be able to give directions to all areas in hotel including pool
- be able to supply the guest with all information that they need to be able to enjoy their stay
- Assist Front Desk during busy periods, ensuring complete guest satisfaction
- Must be able to work all shifts or varying schedules to support business needs
- Ensure guests messages, faxes are passed to guests, or delivered to guest room immediately and accurately
- Responsible for calling taxi, VIP service, or other guest requests in timely manner
- Follow all company safety and security policies & procedures
- report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions
- Ensure proper and clean uniform, professional business appearance, attitude and performance
- Clean and maintain lobby, entrance doors and bell carts and including snow removal
- Perform other duties, as assigned
