Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Ability to work night shift from 10:00 PM to 6:45 AM
  • Physical ability to handle luggage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to provide excellent customer service
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Previous concierge or bell desk experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work night shift hours
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle luggage and assist guests with care
  • Knowledge of the property and surrounding area is a plus

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and open doors
  • Provide accurate information about rooms, dining, promotions, and navigating the property
  • Load and unload baggage and escort guests to rooms
  • Assist guests with room orientation
  • Ensure timely delivery of personal items
  • Address guest concerns within authority and report incidents promptly
  • Process tickets, handle group arrivals/departures, and maintain secure luggage storage area
