This job opportunity is for the position of Bell Attendant, a vital role within Hyatt’s Front Office operations. The Bell Attendant plays a key role in enhancing the guest experience by providing attentive and prompt service from the moment guests arrive until they are comfortably settled in their rooms. This role requires constant communication and coordination with the Front Office and Valet teams to ensure a seamless and welcoming arrival and departure process for guests. Bell Attendants are responsible for escorting guests to and from their rooms, transporting luggage and personal items efficiently, and assisting guests with inquiries about their accommodations and room features. Additionally, Bell Attendants provide support to the front desk by aiding in various guest requests, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred
- Good physical stamina
- Must be on-call and responsive
