Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
- ability to lift moderate weight and stand for extended periods
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of Seattle area and local attractions
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- refined verbal and written communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- familiar with Seattle and surrounding area to provide recommendations

Job Duties
- Welcome guests on the front drive
- assist with luggage handling
- coordinate guest transportation
- communicate with Front Desk, Valet, and other hotel teams
- provide concierge-style support such as restaurant reservations and local recommendations
- proactively engage with guests and visitors in the lobby
- ensure safety and security by partnering with Security team and addressing situations with discretion
