Job Requirements
- Open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to perform duties related to lifting and standing
- Prior experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Seattle area amenities and services

Job Duties
- Welcome guests on the front drive
- Assist guests with luggage
- Coordinate transportation arrangements
- Communicate with Front Desk, Valet, and other hotel teams to ensure smooth arrivals and departures
- Maintain a professional and welcoming presence in the lobby
- Engage proactively with guests and visitors
- Provide concierge-style support including restaurant reservations and local recommendations
