Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Must be able to lift moderate weights frequently
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must have strong interpersonal skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Refined verbal communication skills
Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking
Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
Experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment preferred
Outgoing and friendly personality conducive to excellent guest relations
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Genuine passion for luxury service and attention to detail

Job Duties

Greet all guests passing through lobby and offer assistance
Deliver luggage to room upon check-in and pick up luggage from room upon departure, moving luggage to storage or the Front Drive
Maintain proper records of deliveries and pick-up
Assist customers with inquiries about hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions
Perform errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off of the hotel property
Transport luggage to guest rooms for arrivals and from guest rooms for departures efficiently
Provide arriving guests with a hotel orientation and guidance
