Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License at the non-gaming level
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Physical capability to stand, walk, reach constantly and perform frequent squatting, kneeling, and bending
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull similar weights
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Valid driver's license and minimum age of 21 years required
- Prior experience in luxury property guest service, front door, or bell service preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including holidays and weekends
Job Duties
- Follow parking procedures to park guest vehicles and maintain a clean and orderly valet area and hotel entrance
- Perform vehicle inspections, hang coats, and tag luggage for guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
- Open doors, unload/load luggage, and assist guests
- Uphold strict confidentiality of sensitive information shared by Rivers Casino Pittsburgh and its guests
- Present a friendly demeanor and positive body language to warmly welcome and assist guests
- Provide information on property amenities, local attractions, and facilitate transportation arrangements for guests
- Safely transport luggage to designated areas and provide assistance with storage and retrieval
