The position involves implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supporting clients one-on-one, and helping children develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, social and emotional growth, and daily living activities. The role requires active engagement, including physical activity such as getting up and down off the floor frequently and moving quickly to support clients effectively. The company offers competitive compensation, with hourly rates ranging from $19.50 to $24.00, along with a $500 bonus after 90 days of employment and an additional $500 bonus for candidates with over 6 months of relevant experience.
