This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about working with children and adults with special needs. The position involves implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supporting clients one-on-one, and helping children develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, social and emotional growth, and daily living activities. The role requires active engagement, including physical activity such as getting up and down off the floor frequently and moving quickly to support clients effectively. The company offers competitive compensation, with hourly rates ranging from $19.50 to $24.00, along with a $500 bonus after 90 days of employment and an additional $500 bonus for candidates with over 6 months of relevant experience. Job Requirements
- 6+ months of experience working with kids or adults with special needs
- ability to get up and down off floor often and move quickly
- reliable transportation
- basic tech skills including using data collection software and office software

Job Duties
