Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior work experience in behavioral health treatment settings a plus
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility for insurance coverage to drive company vehicles
- Must become CPI and CPR certified within first 30 days
- Ability to maintain vigilant supervision of residents
- Strong verbal de-escalation skills
- Competent in documentation and communication
- Flexibility to work in different house assignments
- Reliable and safe driving skills
Job Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology preferred
- Prior work experience in behavioral health treatment settings a plus
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility for insurance coverage to drive company vehicles
- CPI and CPR certification required within first 30 days
Job Duties
- Stay alert and monitor assigned residents at all times
- Maintain one-on-one supervision when assigned and follow clients as necessary
- Use verbal de-escalation techniques to prevent crises
- Apply CPI techniques for safety when needed
- Participate in and facilitate daily group sessions and activities
- Facilitate daily phone calls for clients to maintain their support connections
- Complete detailed daily shift notes documenting client progress
- Communicate observations and concerns with house/pod treatment teams
- Safely transport residents for community outings and meetings
- Adhere to all company policies, record-keeping, and documentation requirements
- Keep current with required trainings and certifications
- Provide support to assigned house with flexibility to change assignments
- Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational goals
