Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
- ability to meet state-specific requirements such as Live Scan fingerprint, FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate with Negative TB test
- ability to lift 25 lbs
- availability to work before and after school hours
- ability to work in a team environment
- strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
- outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
- works well in a team environment
- college credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education or a related field (preferred)
- ability to meet state-specific requirements including Live Scan fingerprint, FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate with Negative TB test
- ability to lift 25 lbs

Job Duties
- Organize program materials for lessons and activities, document attendance and incidents, deliver dynamic daily curriculum that engages children in academic and social character-building, model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain safety and attention, support homework completion, lead fun fitness activities, communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel, meet regularly with Program Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability
