Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age
- Ability to lift 25lbs
- Ability to meet state-specific requirements including LIVE Scan fingerprint, FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter training, Health Certificate with Negative TB Test
- College credits in early childhood education, child development, elementary education, or a related field preferred
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills
- Works well in a team environment
- Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living

Job Duties
- Organize program materials for lessons and activities, document attendance, incidents, and observations
- Deliver daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building
- Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain safety, well-being, and attention of all children
- Support homework completion and lead fun fitness activities
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel
- Meet regularly with the Program Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability
- Guide children during play and social interaction
