Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong organizational skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
- knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- welcome all guests warmly and create a positive initial impression
- manage reservations and seating using OpenTable or similar systems
- support team unity by communicating effectively with staff
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues calmly and professionally
- maintain an organized and efficient host stand
- assist with coordinating waitlists and guest flow
- contribute to a pleasant dining atmosphere
